I didn’t expect the tech team to be that helpful, but they really knew their stuff. They gave me clear answers and helped me get my printing issues fixed without a lot of back and forth

I got an online quote and thought, okay, this seems reasonable. Then the final price came in way higher and I felt like I needed to sit down for a second. It wasn’t the end of the world, but wow, that jump was annoying and definitely not what I expected.

The prototype worked pretty much exactly how I needed it to. It functioned well and saved me some time on testing. I’m glad it helped, and I’d like to make sure the expected compensation is followed up on too.

The print material is okay overall, I guess. It feels decent and not cheap or anything, but there was one area that had some rough spots, so that was a bit disappointing. Maybe it was just the one I got, but for the price I was expecting it to feel a little nicer

I reached out for help and ended up waiting days without getting a real response. It felt like my issue just wasn’t being taken seriously.

The website is okay. Not bad. I did find the main info, but it took me a little while. Some pages were kind of confusing. Loading was fine. Not super quick though. It works, just not the smoothest to get around.

I was expecting a cleaner print for the price. The overall shape was mostly right, but the surface had visible lines and a few rough edges, and one of the smaller details came out kind of messy. It did arrive safely, so no issue there, but it just wasn’t the smooth finish I was hoping for. Also, the email seemed to say something different from what I was seeing, so that added a little confusion.

No odd batch-to-batch surprises, no sudden changes that make you wonder what happened. It’s not flashy or anything, just dependable, which is kind of exactly what we need.

Ordering was easy enough overall. A couple of steps felt a little unclear to me, but I got through it without much trouble. Based on my experience, I’d say the process is generally fine, just could use a bit more clarity in a few spots.

I kept sending revision notes and they somehow kept missing them. It dragged on way longer than it needed to, what a joke. Annoying experience overall.

I sent 3dprinting.agency a couple of small brackets with some tight holes and slots, and I was a little nervous they might come back slightly off. Once I checked them with my calipers though, the sizes were right where they needed to be.

The mounting holes lined up on the first try, which was a relief. No drilling, no filing, no messing around to make them fit. The edges looked clean too, but the big thing for me was that the dimensions were actually accurate.
Overall I’m happy with how it turned out. for fit-check parts and stuff where size actually matters, I’d definitely use them again

I ordered a couple of parts and, to be fair, they did arrive exactly on the day they said they would. I didn’t have to chase anyone, and the tracking was clear enough the whole way. I guess I was just a little disappointed that there wasn’t anything beyond the basics, but at least the delivery itself was reliable. I’d probably use them again.

so the prints showed up in one piece, which was a relief, but the box was crushed and there wasn’t much padding inside. Nothing ended up getting damaged, luckily, but I expected a bit more care with the shipping. Overall it was fine, just not great
